Peanut Butter Cup Cupcakes

These dark chocolate cupcakes have peanut butter cups hidden on the inside (don't they look donuts before they are frosted? cute!) and are topped with a fluffy peanut butter frosting finished with a milk chocolate magic shell type topping.
